This 3 hour class will focus on using essential oils to help you deal with stress, grief, anxiety and low self-esteem etc.

Course covers ways and oils to help with the emotions of stress, grief, anxiety, low self esteem

The following 8 oils will be studied
1. Bergamot
2. Cedarwood
3. Chamomile Roman
4. Cypress
5. Kunzea
6. Marjoram
7. Palmarosa
8. Pine

You will blend and take home your own inhaler to help with an emotional issue.

Notes will be provided. Please bring a pen.
